The best session of the conference was in the second day, when a panel of pre employment screening firm representatives addressed ethical concerns facing the industry. All of the panel members were extremely candid with their responses, which helped confirm what the industry "Best Practices" really are. The conference was an important step in legitimizing the pre employment screening industry and raising the bar for pre employment screening firms.
